Self-Published

After my divorce, I decide to move across the country away from family and friends for a new start.

What I don’t expect is him.

He’s only supposed to be a one-night stand, but fate has other plans.

The next time I see him it’s because I’m on a date with his dad.

I’ve always believed in wishing on elevens, but this time I get a little more than I bargained for by falling for a guy eleven years younger than me.

Reid is everything I shouldn’t want and everything I need.

The question is, am I willing to open my heart up to him? Or am I doomed to let my past hold me back?

Genre:

Triggers:

Divorce, Trauma from affair, Infertility, Miscarriages

Before I begin, I would like to thank Valentine PR and Micalea Smeltzer for sending me an arc of 11:11 in exchange for a fair and honest review.

When I read the synopsis of this book, I knew I had to read it.

I'm so glad I did.

Everything I look for in a book - an interesting story, likeable characters with development, romance with chemistry and tension, and of course, lots of steam - was delivered in this book.

11:11 was sooooo good.

In terms of story, it isn't overly intense. It felt realistic though, and the pace of the story worked. It was entertaining despite it's simplicity. The romance, and development of Via and Reid throughout the story was wonderful. And hot.

This. Book. Was. Hot.

The tension between these characters was incredible.

If I had to pick something to complain about, I think it would be that there is an untied plot point regarding Via and her parents, but even that is subjective. One could argue that they love one another, and Via continues to let things go. And that is perfectly acceptable. I know I let things go all the time, because it's just better to keep the peace. But I finished the book, hoping that Via would have talked to her mother about the things she was doing that hurt her.

Maybe we get more of that in her sister's book?

Because we are getting another book. And you better believe I'm reading it.

Because the chemistry between Izzy and Derrick?

Oh boy.

I can't wait!

If you love a reverse age gap, with characters that are likeable, down to earth, and sizzle with intense chemistry, you need to read 11:11! It releases January 24th, 2024
